Cambridge NST team wins MGB challenge

The Cambridge NST team was the all-round winner in the Multi Genre Broadcasting challenge one of the three challenges at the 2015 IEEE Automatic Speech Recognition and Understanding Workshop.

The MGB Challenge is a core evaluation of speech recognition, speaker diarization, and lightly supervised alignment using BBC TV recordings. Results were presented at ASRU 2015 in Scotsdale, Arizona, USA. For a summary, see Steve Renals' overview slides.
